About Paul
I was born in the then, territory of Alaska in 1952 in Fairbanks. I lived in North Pole just south of Fairbanks thru 2nd grade. Dad got a Civil Service job on Eielson in the fire department so we moved onto the base. 10 years later I graduated from Ben Eielson High School in 1970 then spent 2 years at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
Dad’s passion was flying light aircraft (Cessna 180’s) so, while he really enjoyed gold mining (a lot!), the mines were always far enough off the road that we would HAVE to fly to get there. I spent many wonderful years “bush flying” with him. We did spend a few years in the construction industry, completed a good sized grocery store for a client and a 12 plex (2bedroom units) for ourselves. Later I worked in Anchorage for about a year for a builder that built custom homes overlooking the city and Cook Inlet.
I really do enjoy building. 1997 brought Debbie into my life and in 1998 we married, Best deal I ever made. After 22 years of service to the local telecommunication company I retired in 2007. Just in time to get my real estate license. Debbie figured correctly, that my experience could be a great benefit if it were applied in service to our military moving in and out of the interior of Alaska. I have been honored to serve our clients, military and civilian. I have served the Greater Fairbanks Board of Realtors as a member of the P.A.C. and again on the education committee. I am a member in good standing with NAR, AAR and GFBR. I carry the NAR designation of Realtor and Military Relocation Professional.

We had the pleasure of working with Paul and Debbie when we moved to the Fairbanks area in 2011. They were extremely attentive and patient with our needs. We were first time home buyers and admittedly a little high maintenance. They offered us amazing support through the process of finding and purchasing our home. Living in Alaska is unique and presents some interesting challenges, after purchasing our home they continued to help us with home owner questions and referrals. When it came time for us to put our house on the market and move on to our next assignment, we went back to them for help selling in 2014. They helped us get the house ready and on the market. We had to move before the house sold and they supported us through the stressful process of selling our home from another state. Paul and Debbie are hands on professionals. They made our family feel welcome when we moved to Alaska and treated us like neighbors. We are very grateful to have had them throughout our time in Alaska. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!
